Materials
The materials we use to create your sublimated items are centered around moisture management as the highest priority. These fabrics have patented permanent moisture transport technology that makes fabric cooler, warmer, soil resistant, and bacteria resistant. The technology is in the material itself, not a coating applied later. Washing these fabrics creates zero loss in moisture management performance. All of our materials are a polyester blend, which is a must for sublimation. Because of the sublimation process, you will never have fading, cracking, or peeling.
Vapor – Coolmax, 100% Polyester Lightweight
100% polyester lightweight, yet strong. This is a lighter weight version of our PRO wick moisture-management fabric that wicks the moisture off your body leaving you cool and dry. Used primarily for roller hockey jerseys and softball jerseys, but it can be used for all sports where a lightweight breathable performance fabric is desired.
Heavy Vapor – Coolmax, 100% Polyester Mesh
This material suits ice hockey jerseys the best as it’s more durable and heavier. 100% polyester mesh fabric that wicks moisture off your skin and allows it to pass through the fabric to keep you cool and dry. Waffle-textured fabric is comfortable in warm weather. Used in any dynamic custom sublimated uniforms and some stock uniforms.
Dazzle – Woven Fabric
Our dazzle is a newer more breathable option not available with many manufacturers. Dazzle is a sleek and shiny lightweight polyester fabric that allows air to circulate easily around the body. To the touch, dazzle is soft and somewhat silky, although it is far more sturdy than silk and very tear resistant.
Wrestling Singlets – Lycra
Our wrestling singlets are produced using a polyester-nylon blend spandex, commonly known as “Lycra”. It’s about 220 gms, with a flexible and strong elasticity. This material carries a small amount of shine quality.
Ice Hockey Socks
The material is heavy weight, breathable, and moisture wicking. 100% polyester heavyweight 150 denier knitted fabric commonly known as “air knit” (AK Knit) or Bird’s-eye Mesh. Primarily used for hockey and baseball, Very breathable, quick drying. The socks are paneled and include velcro tabs on each side.
Hoodies
This material is used for hooded sweatshirts. Micro pin-dot fleece. Great for Spring and Fall. Has moisture wicking properties as well. Fleecing woven fabric, 100% polyester, keeping warm and providing wind breaking benefits. Used for sublimation hoodies. Comfortable, warm, wind breaking.
eSports Jerseys
100% polyester lightweight, yet strong. This is a lighter weight version of our PRO wick moisture-management fabric that wicks the moisture off your body leaving you cool and dry. We use the smooth side of the material for print. The under arm gussets for our esports jerseys use an additional material that is comprised of stretchy micro mesh.
Ice Hockey Pant Shells
Light weight, 100% polyester woven fabric. Similar to most of our other materials, it’s very light and breathes freely. Commonly used for racing shirts and ice hockey shorts, ice hockey pants, etc. Ice hockey pant shells also include a stretchy material in the crotch as well as an interlocking belt.
Banners
Banners are produced with out peach skin, it has moisture-wicking properties. Material is 100% polyester with a tight weave to resist snagging and very smooth to the touch. Comes with 6 grommets or you can request less in the checkout notes.
Masks
100% polyester double knit is a tightly-woven fabric, very breathable and light. Our mask construction consists of materials made with a soft polyester micromesh blend. Each mask is built constructed with a filter pocket.
Roller Hockey Pants
Polyester light woven fabric. 100% polyester double knit is a tightly-woven fabric, very light, Breathes freely. Reinforced knees, stretchy crotch, and side belts are included. Breathable, lighter weight, and tight weave.
Baseball & Softball Pants
Heavyweight 12 oz. 100% polyester double knit is a tightly-woven fabric, which isn’t very breathable. Pants feature an adjustable hem for each pant leg. We have a velcro feature inside each side of the lower pant legs to provide adjustment.
