Our preferred carrier for shipments within the United States is USPS, and USPS for all international shipments. If you would prefer us to use another carrier, please let us know and provide your shipping number. During peak holiday points of the calendar year, USPS does experience elongated delivery times. With the current pandemic and supply chain disruptions seen worldwide, expect longer than usual shipping transit delays during the holiday seasons.

Dye color may vary lot-to-lot. This will depend on whether you order units together or separately over time. Color may have minimal change due to material change, dye manufacturer change, and even the weather. For best color results, it is best to order your units together. If you require exact color matching, a pre-production panel must be purchased prior to production of your order (cost is $30). Screen color varies from viewing device to viewing device. Screen color and print color WILL vary.

Normal production time is typically 3-4 weeks. This time is from receipt of all the following:

• Full order details, including all quantities and sizes
• Payment in full
• Signed production proof (if applicable, through our proofing interface)
• Approved fabric panel for color matching (if applicable)

Please note that once an order enters the ‘in production’ status, we cannot modify it in any way. All garments may not be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that your order is correct before placement. Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified for any reason. Rest assured, if we make a mistake, we will always make it right.

Additions will be handled and priced as a separate order, with normal production time and process to follow.

Prices are before shipping costs are applied. Sale offers are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sale offers do not apply to prior purchases, nor can they be amended to reflect sale prices. Coupons or promo codes cannot be applied to orders during our Black Friday sales events.

We guarantee top quality fabric and construction from our in-house design, production, and cut and sew teams. Claims of shortages or damage must be made within 72 hours of receipt. Items machine washed with velcro or equipment that snags are not covered under this product guarantee. We reserve the right to replace or repair at our discretion.

When purchasing through the builder or full custom products, Sublimation Kings owns and retains full rights to all Sublimation Kings custom built artwork. This is not the case when you the customer provide final working vector files or logos you have developed. We can add your products to our website after we build your concept without permission. If you supply final print ready working designs to us, we will not add your product design(s) to the website. In those cases, if you request your products to be added we can do so. Upon sale you agree to these terms and conditions on the checkout page when checking the terms agreement box.
