How long until I get my order?
We typically operate at about a 3-4 week turn time from order placement to order shipment. Generally we are closer to the 3 week mark. If you need an order by a certain date, reach out to us to see whether it’s possible – during certain parts of the year we can accommodate a rush option for a charge.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Nope! We don’t have a minimum order quantity requirement, we never have. You can order a single jersey if you want. However, you will see that there is tiered pricing based on how many you order. See above for pricing breakdowns based on quantity. Pricing will update (lower) as you reach the lower price thresholds while adding more names/numbers to your roster.
Will I receive a proof?
Absolutely! All builder orders are proofed to ensure the design you build is as anticipated. If you are reordering a design from a previous order you will not be proofed for design, unless you otherwise request it in the order checkout notes during checkout.
What materials do you use?
For ice hockey we recommend the Heavy Vapor option. Show and describe Heavy Vapor – give gsm
For roller hockey we recommend the Vapor option. Show and describe Vapor – give gsm
The only difference between the two is the weight, the Vapor material option will deliver a sharper print result as the material weave pattern is tighter.

How can I order additional jerseys?
When you order, if you’re signed in to your account, you will be able to save your designs long term – if you need to reorder, you can go to your saved designs in the builder. If you are not logged in the designs will only exist in your browser for as long as your browser cache holds them. For anyone looking to reorder any additional jerseys, we can create a custom link for your jersey design. Just ask!
How can I change the colors in my uploaded logo?
Our builder will allow you to change colors of an uploaded logo if you use an SVG file. The SVG file must be vector to accomplish and unlock this feature. See here to learn more about vector graphics.
Can you add other backgrounds to the builder?
In most cases, yes! If we are missing a style you like and would like to see it added – send us an email to orders@sublimationkings.com and we’ll see what we can do!
Can I put my own logo on the front collar?
